About

Leading across product, operations, and execution.

Simplifying business and commercial complexity with clear systems and mechanisms that drive better decisions and scalable execution.

13+ years across marketplaces, logistics, eCommerce and consumer products in Southeast Asia and Japan. I build teams, align functions and turn strategy into operating systems—with AI extending my ability to build and implement solutions hands-on.

My career has moved from marketplace infrastructure and seller systems at Lazada, to regional eCommerce logistics at aCommerce, consumer product at Tencent, digital product and UX leadership at Castlery, and planning ownership across logistics miles and time horizons at Amazon Japan.

Approach

How I operate

Operational intelligence

I connect the business, commercial, product, and operational signals that are often reviewed separately. This creates a clearer view of the decisions to make, the trade-offs involved, and the outcomes the organisation needs to manage.

Scalable execution

Strategy only becomes useful when teams can execute it consistently. I build operating mechanisms, teams, workflows, tools, and cross-functional routines that translate direction into repeatable decisions and action.

AI-enabled work

I use AI-assisted development as an extension of product and operations leadership. It allows me to translate business requirements into specifications, deterministic Python tools, validation rules, and controlled workflows while keeping human review where judgment is required.

Cross-functional leadership

I set direction and create alignment across operations, product, engineering, finance, design, commercial teams, sellers, logistics providers, and senior leadership. I make ownership, decision points, and execution expectations explicit so teams can operate with greater independence.
