JOOX was expanding across Southeast Asia and East Asia, requiring product delivery, user research, and coordination across markets and functions.

What I did

I managed product feature delivery and cross-platform expansion while developing regional user-research processes that brought customer insight into product decisions.

The role strengthened my ability to balance quantitative product signals with qualitative user understanding—an important counterweight to purely automated or data-led decision-making.

Impact
